When the maintenance work is interrupted, the power should be disconnected.(6) During operation, the bending radius of the vibrating rod hose shall not be less than 500mm, not more than two bends. The vibrating rod shall be vertically lowered into the concrete during operation, and shall not be hard-inserted, inclined or pushed to the rod. The head must not be fully inserted into the concrete. The insertion depth should not exceed 3/4 of the length of the rod. It is not suitable to touch the steel bars, core tubes and embedded parts.(7) The vibrating rod hose shall not be broken. When the hose is used for too long and the length is increased, it shall be repaired or replaced in time.(8) When the machine needs to move the vibrator, turn off the motor and then cut off the power. Do not pull the motor with a hose.(9) After the operation is completed, the motor, hose and vibrating rod should be cleaned up, and maintenance work should be carried out according to the specified requirements. When the vibrator is stored, the hose should not be piled up, it should be placed straight, and the motor should be protected against moisture.
